How long does the order take?

Orders usually take 4 - 6 weeks after the confirmation of payment. There are also international delivery delays that are out of our control.

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email/message from our support number. If for any reason you don't receive any message, please do not panic, the message can take upto few hours to go through the system. Contact us and someone will assist you.

Do you deliver orders to my country?

We deliver to the majority of countries around the world. If there are any issues, we will contact you directly.

Where are your products delivered from?

We use top quality fabric and embellishments as per the price bracket of the product. Our products are stitched and delivered from Pakistan.

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent to the production team. Please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours and we'll be happy to change your order for the same value. For higher value, additional charges will need to be paid.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 48 hours of placing the order. Bank administrative fees for refund transaction will be applied.
